RTFM, is what, in short, I just answered the marketing department of the French multinational Saint-Gobain when I asked her through your form customer on correct choice of branded products (window panes).
My intention, after reading me the website from top to bottom, in English and French (and incidentally learn many things about windows) was to help me choose.
3 business days later, I responded with 5 lines starting with "The answers to the questions raised can be found on our website, referring to the characteristics of the products mentioned."
have to fuck! This shows that there are some companies that still have not understood what it meant to serve a customer "in the Internet era. So I think that the publication of my case in some social networking could become an accelerated class:-P
Here you have the exchange of mail to prove that "I'd read The Fucking Manual":
1 - My request for information from 03-Oct:
Hello,
Being about to renew all windows of an apartment recently bought, I need some clarification - because of the few information on crystals that offer metal frames:
1 - What is the difference between "SGG PLANITHERM "S" "and" SGG planist (utilza double glazing)? My intention is to protect 2 large windows (in kitchen-dining room) exposed south of excess heating from the sun in summer.
2 - What is the difference between "SGG ARENA C liquid" and "SGG OPALIT" (used in double glazing)? My intention is to protect 2 windows small (in toilet and bath, patio made) of sight of neighbors without the need for me to be able to see outside but letting all the light inwards (translucent).
3 - What product would you recomandáis (used in double glazing) to protect 2 large windows (in living room and office, north facing) view of the neighbors but without limiting the light and eyes to the outside (transparent .) If necessary, incorporate a heavy curtain for the night (when light on).
I hope I was as precise and concise as possible. Thanks in advance.
Regards, Greg

com Answers to the questions raised can be found on our website, referring to the characteristics of the products mentioned.
For the third question, it is difficult to provide an answer because it requires a commitment between incoming light and privacy you want. Because vision may be seen as part of the light.
Can you ask your glazier reflective glass samples: Cool Lite ST 120, ST 136, Reflectasol, Antelias, Everyone has light transmission characteristics and reflection. Sincerely
Saint-Gobain Glass,

3 - Since there I can not stay silent: D, my response this morning :
Freaks!
- I am a particular prospect.
- I review your site to the last corner (Tl light transmission, solar factor g, emissivity U ,...), do the same with the French version.
- I simply ask for information ignoring the fact that your site and system is extremely confusing @ name: the names of the crystals must be added the names of different compositions that result.
- I try to give as much information as possible (including orientation of the windows and use of the room) for not too general a question
and .. I do not think of anything else to answer me .... to see your site!
Taking into account that my question is extremely similar crystals (both Planistherm "S" and planist are low emissivity and low solar factor / / Opalit and Arena C - I even tried to use the new nomenclature, instead of staying with the Clarglass as they continue calling Sellers - are translucent windows), I deserve an answer a bit more elaborate.
5 days to answer that! And I call "marketing department"! Or will I have to revise my definition of the term "marketing" or you will have to redefine the task of your apartment!
Regards, Greg
(A Coruña)
PS: And I keep commenting on your answer to the third question, although it is better (could be a little more clarification on Tl and visual display ratio), at least ... Give me an answer!
Conclusion (stating that this only I can say I): Fucking gringos!
