The title is not the holder of any interview mentioned but most likely the result of applying the fallacy that have been repeated PP leaders following the local and regional elections of the past 27M "to govern the most voted."
This fallacy is not even to the level of sophistry since only a partisan act of faith can make someone found some truth in it. But knowing this technique that is repeated many times a lie to make it really , here are 3 lines to remove it:
